Shipping policy

Delivery
  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping within North America for orders reaching 69USD or more.
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Carriers: Orders are shipped with UPS, USPS, Ontrac, FedEx, or DHL.
  • Processing Time: Orders placed on weekdays are shipped within 24 hours.
  • Transit Time: Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
Damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged or faulty:
  1. Notify the courier upon delivery, if possible.
  2. Take clear photos of the damage.
  3. Contact us immediately at hello@belly-labs.com with your order details and photos.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or return as needed.

Order changes and cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or combine it with another order. Please be extra careful when filling the delivery address- it cannot be modified after the order is paid for. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Final sale items, personalized/custom products, opened pregnancy tests, opened/used dog supplements, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Refunds:
    • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your final amount.
    • Items not returned in resalable condition may be subject to a partial refund or store credit.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the eligible product and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@belly-labs.com. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping costs.Important Notes
  • Refusing delivery, failing to pay customs fees, or not collecting your package does not qualify as a valid return.
  • Bellylabs reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
